The Greatest Gift in 2017



Thankful for the birth of our Saviour, the Greatest Gift ever!

Perhaps we are also confessing that we were too late to post for Christmas. Mrs. Incredible and Miss Incredible junior are both coming down with the flu. Certainly not a great way to spend our much anticipated holidays.

Thankful:

1) God's provision of our basics, food, clothing and loved ones by our side when Mr. Incredibles returned for the most of December. We finally managed to have some down time as a family.


2) Stress-free Christmas shopping - Other than getting a few small gifts/stocking stuffers for each other, we managed to stay away from the malls this Christmas. 3) Postponing our trip to the field also means we do not need to spend almost $7000 Canadian just for 3 adult tickets for now. Miss Incredible is slightly disappointed not being able to visit her friends during this winter holiday. It looks like the only affordable time for us to follow up on our contacts is to visit during the hottest months of July and August.   Read more...

Prayerful:

1) Enrollment to Mr. Incredible's ' music outreach had steadily grown since its opening in August. Although this is a not for profit ministry, the session fees can now cover their monthly rent. We are asking God to further provide our musicians and trainers with a portion of their salary to cover at least part of their expenses.

2) Mr. Incredible is now busily preparing for a fundraising concert in January to share for this ministry. This event involving local celebrities already had over 800 hits on Facebook. If you are interested in ...Read more...
